Coral Harbour 12 Plex

Started in fall 2025, this 12-unit housing development in Coral Harbour is an important part of the Nunavut 3000 initiative, aimed at addressing the region’s housing shortage through sustainable and community-focused solutions. Arctic Fresh Projects is dedicated to a locally driven approach, engaging community members in the construction process to provide much-needed housing while building skills, capacity, and long-term resilience among the next generation of Northern tradespeople.
